As part of the Stock Exchange Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the back-end and front end development of our products.   • Design and develop high-performance Java-based back-end solutions for post-trade processing, ensuring seamless integration with primary and secondary market trading systems
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies, maintaining system resilience and operational reliability
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, best-in-class solutions, following Java development best practices and financial market regulations
  • Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team comprising developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders, leveraging frameworks like SCRUM and SAFe
  • Develop and maintain mission-critical financial systems used by leading global financial institutions, contributing to the advancement of post-trade processing infrastructure
What You Bring
  • Proven Expertise in High-Performance Java Development: +5 years of experience in multi-threaded, low-latency Java applications (Java 8+, Spring Boot). Experience with Angular or modern front-end frameworks will be highly appreciated
  • Advanced Database & Performance Optimization Skills: Expertise in SQL, Hibernate, and database optimization to handle high-throughput financial transactions. Ability to design scalable, resilient data solutions for post-trade environments
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems and protocols, and system integration
  • Knowledge of Financial sector/Markets will be highly valuable
  • Strategic Problem-Solver with a Resilience Mindset, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex, mission-critical systems, passion for building secure, scalable, and future-proof software solutions
  • Effective communication skills in English to work with international teams in the day to day. Spanish is nice to have
