- Assist in the planning and execution of retention campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, web, app).
- Support the implementation of loyalty initiatives such as segmentation-based incentives, member-get-member programs, and personalized journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, UX, Sales, Product) to align campaign goals with customer needs.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as NPS, CLTV, and engagement rates.
- Help manage campaign tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, segmentation engines).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve customer experience and reduce churn.
- Prepare reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing departments focused on customer retention (mandatory).
- Strong interest in customer retention and loyalty strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly valued.
- Good command of English, with the ability to participate in meetings conducted in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
