Job Description:Provide support to resolution of technical issues on in-service. and technical management of subcontractor’s companies. It includes the following responsibilities:- Continuously monitor the performance of assigned subcontractors’ companies deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, deadlines, and quality standards.- Technical Management Support to for Subcontractors: Act as a technical point of contact for subcontractors for solving technical issues and planification (only Subco focal point) like doubts, necessary info, etc- Answer to client inquiries in a timely manner and with a high level of quality, providing accurate technical information about the aircraft technical disciplines (specially structures disciplines) and subcontracted deliverables work.- Collaborate closely with other internal departments (engineering, quality, procurement, etc.) to ensure coherence and efficiency.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation related to subcontracts companies’ performance and deliverables, including monitoring reports, communications, and any other relevant information.- Identify potential problems or deviations in the execution of subcontracting companies and propose effective solutions.- Contribute to the identification of areas for improvement in subcontract management processes.-Ensure on time and on quality response to Customers related to in-service technical queries.- Ensure timely delivery of effective repair or solution for external and internal Customers on issues affecting Continued Airworthiness.- Propose and develop repair solutions, develop design, stress and fatigue justification.-Ensure compliance of the organization and way of working with the Design Organization Manuals provisions.- Contribute to final review and acceptance of proposed engineering solutions- Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions in serviceDue to the nature of work, many different interfaces with internal and external customers need to be established in the daily work, and the jobholder has to maintain adequate relations with Aircraft Operators and Maintenance Organization(MRO) providing on time and on quality solutions assisting on Maintenance Tasks and procedures definition
- Airworthiness Authorities: providing answers to airworthiness concerned issues
- Front office: receiving queries and coordinating answers to customers
- Field representatives: collecting additional data and capturing in service issues
- Design office: requiring support and agreeing with them, technical solutions
- Airworthiness Office: coordinating with them actions when safety is involved
- Assembly lines: providing support on analysis of deviations as required
- Technical Publications: Identifying needs for review and/or update
- Service Bulletins: Identifying needs and coordinating support
- Program Integration: focusing through them planning and program issues
- Customer Support: gathering detailed information from Customer’s needs
- Procurement: requesting support to solve issues.Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:Mandatory
  • Engineering Degree.
  • Negotiation level in English mandatory.
  • Proactive and highlycustomer minded oriented, able to work under time pressure.
  • Good skills for problem solving
  • Flexible and self-motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong coordination skills between different teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Structures Design / Stress / Manufacturing
  • Aircraft technical disciplines ( avionics, electrical, powerplant, structures, …) general knowledge.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multicultural environmen
  • Previous experience in subcontract management, technical support, or related roles.
