Job DescriptionWe are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in Spain. If you are a sales professional with fluent in German and have a passion for digital marketing then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful sea-side city of Barcelona. If you like the sun, sea, culture and good food then this coastal city has lots to offer you!As a Technical Support Advisor your responsibilities will be representing a very well-known global IT compnay and you will assist business clients via email, phone, and live chat. You will analyze and evaluate users' specific account setups and troubleshoot technical questions including software, hardware, and logistic questions. You will also work closely with level 2 and 3 technical support if any technical issue needs to be escalated.The successful Technical Support Advisor has:
  • Fluent German and English
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience
  • Experience working within a metric and target focused work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast learner
The interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls so no need to come to Barcelona until you are successful! Basic salary of 20.671,82 € gross/year. Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: taxi to the airport in your home country, flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona plus 600 euro relo bonus.
