- Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the portal, focusing on the mobile app and email notifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate product requirements into functional solutions that exceed expectations.
- Conduct continuous user feedback analysis to deeply understand and meet user needs.
- Manage and prioritize change requests to enhance portal functionality and user experience.
- Develop user personas and conduct interviews to gain insights into user needs, promoting a user-centered design approach.
- Ensure portal compliance with governance policies and data protection regulations, maintaining security and reliability.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and teams (marketing, customer support) to ensure cohesive communication strategies that align with user expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in product management or ownership, particularly in online portals or mobile applications.
- Strong grasp of user experience and design principles, with the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with a collaborative team spirit.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Experience ensuring compliance with governance and data protection policies.
- Fluent in English, with Spanish and/or German being advantageous.
