We are recruiting a Dynamics 365CE Technical Consultant (Customer Service & Insights) to reinforce our team in Madrid with the possibility to work in the hybrid model.Responsabilities:
  • Deliver quality developments (customization and integration);
  • Go through functional design of given business requirements for functional solution and create detailed technical design documents;
  • Work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements;
  • Report progress periodically to lead/project manager and assist them in reporting;
  • Check in/check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items;
  • Elaboration of test plan documents;
  • Solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles;
  • Provide training sessions to the customer.
What we are looking for:
  • 5 years (minimum) of experience as a technical consultant in the Dynamics 365 CE platform;
  • Experience in the Health Sector, more precisely with Customer Care;
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (customer service and customer insights);
  • Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience;
  • Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and apps with Power Automate and Power Apps;
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure integration tools (is a plus);
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management;
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Jira;
  • Microsoft certifications (a plus);
  • Spanish is mandatory, and fluency in English is required.
