Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Barcelona (Remote)
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in managing IT
systems and infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations. The
ideal candidate will have a solid background in DevOps practices, infrastructure as code (IaC),
containerization, and cloud platforms. This role requires the ability to understand technical requirements,
design robust architecture, and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain optimal CI/CD pipelines using Groovy, Job DSL, and Jenkins.
Create and implement Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
Manage version control systems (Git, GitHub) and automate development workflows.
Administer and optimize Docker and Kubernetes environments, including hybrid cloud setups (currently
AWS transitioning to Azure).
Monitor infrastructure and ensure system reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline release processes and improve
efficiency.
Analyze technical and business requirements to define appropriate architecture and toolsets.
Develop and maintain tools, documentation, and automation scripts to support operations.
Identify and address risks or challenges by proposing alternative tools or solutions.
Participate in designing and developing moderately complex software solutions aligned with DevOps best
practices.Required Skills and Experience
6+ years of industry experience, with at least 4 years in DevOps tools and practices
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and scripting with Groovy or Job DSL
Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services experience with AWS is a plus
Familiarity with software development processes and system architecture
Experience with programming languages such as Python or Golang
Knowledge of monitoring tools and infrastructure management
