It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job Description:Global Platform Business - Initiative ManagerWhat your role as a Global Platform Business - Initiative Manager will involve:As part of the Strategic Initiatives team, you will work closely with the Global Platform Group and regional Go-to-Market executives to define and execute strategies that increase platform value, accelerate business transformation, and optimise resources across our organisation and industry.Your work will focus on:
  • Capability R&D to explore future platform opportunities.
  • Leveraging platform capabilities to drive strategic value, expand market share, and enable entry into new markets.
This role requires a consultative mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organisational landscapes to deliver impactful results.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business cases and strategic plans.
  • Lead transformational initiatives and cross-functional pilots.
  • Provide executive-level communication and consultation.
  • Plan and manage resources from design through implementation.
  • Interpret requirements and convert them into actionable deliverables.
  • Ensure milestones are met and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Monitor budgets, assign tasks, and keep leadership informed of key developments.
To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
  • 5–8 years of project management experience (PMI certifications are a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
  • Experience in business transformation and consultative roles.
  • Strong competencies in strategic insight, innovative thinking, results orientation, collaboration, communication, conflict resolution, change management, and emotional intelligence.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of functional experience, including 5 years in a similar role.
