- Assistance to the Ad Sales & Marketing teams, reporting into the Head of AD Sales and the Brand Manager.
- Develop creative commercial proposals for clients with an emphasis on sponsorship and socials and digital opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage the workflow of Ad Sales material with the internal teams (Programming, Scheduling, Creative, Marketing, and Social) and delivery.
- Coordinate back-office Ad sales and sponsorship activities.
- Competitors analysis and audience research.
- Coordination of agenda and weekly meetings.
- Support on presentations and Newsletters.
- Support in events, premieres, etc.
- Workflow coordination for materials:
- Promos, digital elements
- Content assets: download promotional assets from the different distributors: NBCU Passport, and other content suppliers (CBS, Warner, Disney, etc.)
- Sending images and promos on a regular basis to affiliates
- General Coordination for Creative Materials for Spain & Portugal:
- Creation of assets for Marketing Dept: Campaign, Actions and Digital
- GIF creation from selected TV shows, according to criteria.
- Reviewing copies, text images following brand and channel creative guidelines
- Send promos and fillers to Denver (US).
- Calle 13 & SYFY websites creative maintenance: Update (press area, etc.)
- Translations and subtitling of promos and scripts for dubbing, internal presentations and for On Air.
- Digitize assets for social media & press.
- Managing (copy, archival) raw and other types of files.
- Edit and export fillers and video assets (SYFY Games, liners, etc.)
- Proactive, communicative and a strong team player
- Creative and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent criteria to stablish priorities and meeting deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Skilled in presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
- University Degree in Communication /Marketing and/or Creative. University Diploma or Certificate will be requested
- The studies must have been finished less than 3 years ago
