  • Develop and Maintain Enterprise Architecture Framework: Utilize ITIL principles to create and sustain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that supports the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Strategize and Align IT Initiatives: Formulate and execute IT strategies that prioritize areas offering the highest benefits, such as efficiency improvements, risk mitigation, cost savings, and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Implement ITIL-Based Service Management: Design and implement ITIL-based service management processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.
  • Establish and Lead an Architecture Review Board (ARB): Create and lead a robust ARB to ensure architectural decisions align with organizational goals, promote best practices, and foster innovation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
  • Develop and Maintain Architectural Standards: Lead the creation and maintenance of architectural standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across IT projects.
  • Assess and Improve IT Environment: Conduct regular assessments of the current IT environment, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Support and Guide Project Teams: Provide guidance and support to project teams on architecture-related matters, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture framework.
  • Ensure Compliance and Manage Risks: Ensure that all architectural practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with IT architecture and service management.
  • Promote Innovation and Monitor Emerging Technologies: Encourage and facilitate innovation within the IT architecture domain, stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization's architecture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field/work experience.
  • ITIL or TOGAF certification is required.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role.
  • Microsoft Azure Certifications would be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with the following applications/technologies would be beneficial SAP LeanIX, Monday.com, Ivanti Service Management, Azure and Microsoft Fabric or Power BI.
