About the RoleFever is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Creative Studio as the Global Head of Creative. You'll take the helm of our Creative Studio, working in close collaboration with the brilliant minds in our creative, production, and other teams at Fever to bring outstanding experiences, exhibitions, and events around the world to life!The ideal candidate must have a background in live experiences and events and be extremely visionary. This role requires a strong understanding of art direction, storytelling, immersive narratives, spatial design, business strategy, and industry standards. As the Global Head of Creative, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the Creative Directors on the team. This will involve guiding the development of creative concepts, providing feedback and input necessary to improve the quality of work, and ensuring they align with Fever's goals as well as the brand guidelines and objectives of any external partners involved.The Global Head of Creative will also work closely with Fever management to implement and execute processes to support the continued growth of the Creative Studio while streamlining internal procedures to ensure consistency across all projects.Responsibilities
  • Lead with Excellence: Supervise the Creative Studio team, setting the bar for exceptional creativity delivered in a timely manner and cost-effectively.
  • Creative Guidance: Provide direction, guidance, and support to the Creative Directors, ensuring all creative work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and overarching objectives.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure that all creative work is aligned with the overall company's business strategy goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate the preliminary concepts and schematic designs, developed internally by the Creative Directors, providing feedback and input to improve the quality of the work.
  • Partner Engagement: Oversee the RFP process for hiring any external production partners or vendors.
  • Design Development: Be an integral part of the validation process for the design development, guaranteeing that the final creative meets the required standards and objectives.
  • Studio Vision: Work with the Creative Studio management to implement the vision and growth of the Creative Studio, driving innovation and creativity to consistently raise the bar for our creative output.
  • Team Growth: Participate in the hiring process of the Creative Directors and other creative support members, identifying and recruiting top talent.
  • Stay Ahead: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the Creative Studio is always ahead of the curve.
  • Global Citizen: Travel occasionally when necessary to attend project kick-offs or oversee installations and events.
Requirements
  • Creative Expertise: Minimum 15 years of experience in conceptualizing and designing Live (Immersive) Experiences.
  • Leadership Credentials: Proven experience as a Head Creative Director or a similar role within a creative agency or studio, in addition to strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
  • Track Record: Strong creative portfolio of Live Experiences that demonstrates excellent conceptual and design skills across multiple platforms and media.
  • Studio Experience: Familiarity with large studio IPs is a plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Production Expertise: Extensive experience in event/show production and a deep understanding of how production impacts the earlier creative phases, plus a proven track record of successfully overseeing the production process.
  • Versatile Expertise: Familiarity with various production techniques, workflows, and best practices across different mediums, such as set fabrication, digital productions, rehearsal programming, etc.
  • Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate with a Production Director and production team to ensure that creative concepts and designs can be effectively executed within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
