Join us.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Cost Manager, you will work within a team of approximately 10 professionals, including junior cost managers, quantity surveyors, cost estimators, and others, to deliver high-quality cost management and procurement services across all project types, including industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments, both nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized cost estimation, cost control, and budgeting and cost estimation procedures across the company, while managing all kinds of projects, in all the stages of the construction cycle. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Job Duties- Lead the delivery of cost management services across multiple projects, ensuring accurate estimation, cost control, and reporting.
- Work within a team, fostering professional growth and contributing to ensure consistent quality outputs.
- Contribute to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide cost tracking, estimation, and budgeting standards and procedures.
- Manage, lead and coordinate and oversee procurement strategy and tender processes, ensuring value for money and alignment with project objectives.
- Sometimes act as the primary client-facing lead for cost-related matters, including budget presentations, value engineering, and risk reporting.
- Utilize BIM 5D, Presto, and other digital tools to optimize cost management workflows and reporting.
- Support governance by ensuring compliance with internal procedures while applying flexibility to solve project-specific challenges.Be decisive - Prioritize effectively, advocate focus, and drive accountability.

Be the role model - Lead by example, demand excellence, and inspire your team.QualificationsMinimum Requirements- Spanish Degree in Technical Fields, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or a related field (Arquitectura Técnica, Building Engineering)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering cost management services, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record working across multiple sectors.
- Strong proficiency with BIM 5D, Presto, and other cost management software.
- Excellent numeracy, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Skills- Experience developing and implementing standardized cost procedures across organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
