- Support the local TMO (transformation management office) in defining the Transformation roadmap for the company as well as the future of the transformation office within Pernod Ricard España.
- Build and develop the case for change and the ambition of emerging transformation programs, in line with the company's strategy and vision.
- Outline the scope and objectives of our transformation programmes and formulate a comprehensive plan with clear deliverables to secure buy-in and engagement from leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead the design of our future model based on a solid understanding on where we are today (the “As-Is”) and a well-defined vision of a future state (the “To-Be”) that responds to the company's strategy and needs, listening to and working closely together with key business stakeholders.
- Take the design from concept to reality through a feasible, fit-for-purpose operational and execution plan, ensuring engagement and support from our key business stakeholders.
- Identify potential business constraints and find pragmatic and actionable solutions that effectively support the business in achieving its mission.
- Build a comprehensive time plan with clear checkpoints and measurable objectives for the full length of the transformation programme.
- Establish an appropriate RACI matrix to ensure roles & responsibilities are clear and understood across all impacted parties.
- Support the transformation rollout, orchestrating stakeholder collaboration and resolving conflicts as needed to ensure the programme remains on track and deliverables are met as per the agreed time plan.
- Navigate uncertainties as they arise, always managing stakeholders’ expectations, while finding the necessary solutions.
- Establish and maintain outstanding communication channels with stakeholders and top management, providing regular updates and reports on the programme status and progress.
- Identify and address capability gaps as they emerge, ensuring the business is equipped to operate at its full potential.
- Champion the continuous improvement of the programmes by actively seeking feedback and identifying areas for development.
- Support the organisation with proper change management, providing company-wide clarity and visibility on the transformation journey, fostering engagement and adherence to the long-term vision.
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Maturity: Transform and mature our monthly S&OP process for it to become the heartbeat of our operational excellence, delivering clear outputs every month that fuel our decision making.
- Collaborative Business Planning operating model: Transform the company's strategic planning operating model to strengthen collaboration between functions and improve our capacity to steer the business towards our goals.
- Revenue Growth Management maturity: Continue to support our RGM team in becoming a key partner within the business to maximise value creation while achieving our business objectives.
- Data analytics & Insights maturity: Support the creation of a data-driven organization, capable of generating and exploiting a growing amount of data to generate insights and drive the decision-making.
- 8+ years of working experience across several functions within FMCG businesses, especially in business strategy, transformation departments and/or project management related roles.
- Direct experience in S&OP/IBP maturity and/or S&OP/IBP process implementation in FMCG businesses is highly desirable.
- Strategy consulting background is a plus, especially within the FMCG sector, with experience in managing highly complex, cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree from Engineering or Business School / University.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.
- Structured thinking and solution-oriented mindset, able to produce well-structured, fact-based recommendations based on a solid understanding of the existing needs.
- Robust analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong business and financial acumen, confident with P&L analysis and financial modelling. Ability to take complex to simple.
- A confident storyteller with superb presentations skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to module messages as per the situation, context and/or audience might require.
- Superb stakeholder management skills, able to understand and navigate complex business contexts, with a proven track record interacting/challenging/collaborating with both senior and junior stakeholders.
- Strong project management / PMO track record.
- Knowledge/understanding of the consumer products industry, dynamics, and business drivers is desirable.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to see opportunities, build plans and make them happen.
- An active listener, highly emotionally intelligent. Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and work colleagues.
- Highly flexible, comfortable coping with change and uncertainty.
- Excellent command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel is a must.
