- Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, managing support requests through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and IT services promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of support interactions, including issue details, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on product features and guide them through troubleshooting steps.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and products to deliver knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage client inquiries effectively.
- Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
- Experience with service desk tools and IT management software is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
