Minimum qualifications:
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on administrative tasks (e.g. travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently as this role requires interaction with clients.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a various range of individuals and teams, building strong relationships and contributing positively to a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to solve problem, is resourceful, and great at prioritizing under stress.

  • Support Directors for Spanish and Portuguese Markets, scheduling and updating calendar events with some guidance.
  • Prepare meetings for the executive or team, and complete travel coordination tasks.
  • Execute expense management activities.
  • Assess and advocate for office space needs with some guidance.
  • Plan and organize internal and external programs and events. Manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
