- 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on administrative tasks (e.g. travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently as this role requires interaction with clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a various range of individuals and teams, building strong relationships and contributing positively to a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to solve problem, is resourceful, and great at prioritizing under stress.
- Ability to advocate Google's culture by helping to develop and cultivate excitement, positivity and productivity in the organization.
- Support Directors for Spanish and Portuguese Markets, scheduling and updating calendar events with some guidance.
- Prepare meetings for the executive or team, and complete travel coordination tasks.
- Execute expense management activities.
- Assess and advocate for office space needs with some guidance.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events. Manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
