You’ll support our team on web projects that drive visibility, engagement, and growth. Across a variety of digital initiatives - from SEO experiments and website enhancements to broader growth marketing campaigns.If you're someone who loves digging into data, testing new ideas, and seeing the impact of your work on real users, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-moving marketing environment.HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Update and develop web content tailored to specific buyer personas and customer journeys.
  • Analyze and optimize on-site SEO (meta tags, structure, internal linking) and content performance.
  • Assist with website enhancements, builds, and migrations using CMS platforms.
  • Conduct QA testing to ensure mobile/responsive performance across devices and browsers.
  • Monitor website performance (traffic, bounce rate, conversions, rankings) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support landing page creation and A/B testing for lead generation and campaign performance.
  • Assist in executing growth experiments across email, web, and social channels.
  • Help plan and implement marketing automation initiatives to improve funnel performance and conversions.
  • Support other digital marketing initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, web technologies, and growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn SEO, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to extract insights and make recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain ideas clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects across different time zones and meet deadlines.
NICE-TO-HAVES (not deal-breakers but major pluses)
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Curiosity for UX/UI and how design impacts conversions.
  • Interest in lifecycle marketing, email automation tools (HubSpot), or CRM systems.
  • Experience running small growth experiments, no matter how scrappy.
