- Update and develop web content tailored to specific buyer personas and customer journeys.
- Analyze and optimize on-site SEO (meta tags, structure, internal linking) and content performance.
- Assist with website enhancements, builds, and migrations using CMS platforms.
- Conduct QA testing to ensure mobile/responsive performance across devices and browsers.
- Monitor website performance (traffic, bounce rate, conversions, rankings) and deliver actionable insights.
- Support landing page creation and A/B testing for lead generation and campaign performance.
- Assist in executing growth experiments across email, web, and social channels.
- Help plan and implement marketing automation initiatives to improve funnel performance and conversions.
- Support other digital marketing initiatives
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, web technologies, and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn SEO, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to extract insights and make recommendations.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a plus).
- Strong communication skills — able to explain ideas clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects across different time zones and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
- Exposure to Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Curiosity for UX/UI and how design impacts conversions.
- Interest in lifecycle marketing, email automation tools (HubSpot), or CRM systems.
- Experience running small growth experiments, no matter how scrappy.
- Hands-on experience in high-impact marketing projects with measurable outcomes.
