We do not tolerate any type of discrimination, harassment or aggression, verbal or physical, direct or indirect, against the person or material objects.We offer:✨ What we offer:💰Attractive remuneration based on your experience, skills and development.🥊Extensive trainings in your area of responsibility📍Spain💻 Home Office, except when you are travelling.✈️ 20% travel availability⌚️ Flexible hours and intensive Friday schedule🍎 Seasonal fruit in the office🏥 Private health insurance🍽 Food Allowance🌟Committed to Diversity and Society: Support for employees with children with disabilities.We are looking for you!🙌Tasks and Qualifications:🎯 Mision:Due to your deep technical expertise and strong practical process knowledge, you are responsible for the technical design and specification of our WMS/WES/WCS solutions, acting as the key interface between the customer's requirements, regional experts, and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.🔧 Key Functions and Responsibilities:Participate in the project kick-off together with the customer.Responsible for creating WMS/WES/WCS process flowcharts/specifications according to project requirements.Create simulation scenarios for throughput/material flow to validate logistics processes.Create development specifications, translate solution designs into actionable development tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team, ensuring clarity and feasibility.Lead technical exchanges and collaboration with software developers (EMEA, APAC, NA), ensuring technical alignment and adherence to best practices.Oversee and validate the solution through critical testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), ensuring it meets all specified requirements.Deliver expert-level training and system handovers to customers to ensure successful adoption.Act as the primary technical escalation point during the go-live phase, providing hands-on support to analyze and resolve critical on-site issues.Support the improvement of the implementation process and take part in lessons learned sessions.Always ensure project quality, time, and budget, while supporting agile development and the use of sprints.Provide senior-level technical expertise during the sales phase for large-scale and complex projects, helping to shape winning proposals.Serve as the central technical liaison, bridging the gap between the WMS/WES/WCS solution team and regional intralogistics experts (sales experts/solution design)📚 Education, Knowledge, and Experience:University degree or a bachelor's degree in computer science, systems, software, industrial engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a solution design, technical architecture, or senior consulting role, ideally within the logistics or industrial automation sector.Good experience/knowledge:In collaboration with developer / development structures.In software architecture (different frameworks, frontend, backend, cloud computing structures).Of automation technology, robotics and software architecture.​Basic experience/knowledge:In the field: C# fullstack development, .Net, SQL Server, MySQL, PostGres or other similar database; GitLab/Hub/JIRA and similar DevOps tools, frontend UI/HMI.Connectivity/interfacing skills (technology: SAP interface, OPC-UA, REST, TCP/IP, MQTT, Modbus… and format: JSON, HTML, XML…).Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems and control technologies (PLC, SCADA).Intralogistics process knowledge (ABU focus: Lane 2 - no “AGV point-point transport” thinking).Personal characteristics:Motivated for WMS/WES/WCS functions and "new technology."A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while also mastering the technical details.Always customer-oriented action.Fluent in written and spoken English.✏️ Core Competencies & Skills:Deeply customer-focused with a talent for translating business requirements into technical solutions.Exceptional autonomy and initiative, combined with a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.Flexible attitude and willingness to travel for projects (EMEA-wide travel minimum 20%).Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
