With an acute eye for accuracy and generalization, you'll evaluate these models to ensure they not only solve business problems but do so optimally.Additionally, you're not just building and validating models – you’re deploying them as code to applications and processes, ensuring that the model(s) you've selected sustains its business value throughout its lifecycle.Your expertise doesn't stop at data; you'll become intimately familiar with our business processes and have the ability to navigate their complexities, identifying issues and crafting solutions that drive meaningful change in these domains.   • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions, including work with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong understanding of the AI model lifecycle: from data preparation and fine-tuning to monitoring and retraining.
  • Hands-on experience with leading LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Meta LLaMA, including prompt engineering, API integration, and/or model customization.
  • Proficiency with modern AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and tooling to support production-ready deployments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
​Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related disciplines is highly valued.
  • Strong academic foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure; knowledge of Azure AI is a plus.
