Job Description:Main task and responsibilities will include:- RPAS Pilot Operator Instructor for different RPAS (SiRTAP, ED and Remote Carriers of FCAS):
  • Conduct RPAS Pilot training courses to either national or international customer
  • Preparation of RPAS Pilot training courses (syllabus and training material)
  • Preparation of technical documentation to support training courses
- RPAS Pilot Operator SME (Subject Matter Expert) for different RPAS (SiRTAP, ED and Remote Carriers of FCAS):
  • Development of training concepts and plans
  • Support to the development of training multimedia products (CBTs, PTTs, etc) for RPAS Pilot Operator.
  • Participation in training teamwork groups. Support other instructors as required
- Additionally, and depending of candidate profile, support Combat aircrew trainingSkills and experience:
  • RPAS Operator license type II class 3 or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Previous knowledge/experience in RPAS operations
  • Experience in training and preparation of aircrew training courses
  • Training technologies basic knowledge
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Ability to speak in public and conduct audiences
  • Customer orientation
  • Spanish nationality (requirement for Spanish Eyes Only programs)
  • Advanced level of English
  • This role will involve business travel
