Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Research prospective clients and understand their needs to present tailored solutions.
  • Engage with decision-makers and influencers to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Schedule meetings or demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively address client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in German; proficient in English (B2 or higher).
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Interest in the high-tech industry is a plus.
