- Conduct market research on RoRo cargo in the French market and identify key buyer personas.
- Build and develop a new customer portfolio, actively seeking new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Logistics RoRo Director to set and achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, ensuring ongoing representation and communication with RoRo HQ in Barcelona.
- Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence on rates, customers, and opportunities.
- Plan and prioritize client engagements, preparing detailed reports and commercial activities.
- Explore new projects and expansion opportunities, negotiating rates and closing sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM), ensuring financial control and assisting with forecast and budget preparation.

- Educational Background: Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding services or roro services and willing to grow as a salesperson.
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience in selling RoRo Logistics Services or forwarding is highly valued.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English a must. Additional languages are a plus.
