In this role, you'll be building and optimizing ad campaigns, testing new hypotheses, and working toward achieving CAC:LTV goals. You'll have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a meaningful Ukrainian product that's growing rapidly both at home and abroad.Key Goals for the User Acquisition Manager
  • Achieve steady growth in paid campaign efficiency by improving key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
  • Discover new user acquisition opportunities through hypothesis testing, data analysis, and strategic adaptation.
  • Build a strong performance marketing arm of the overall strategy and influence product development through data and insights.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen) to attract new users, companies, and specialists.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and work with analytical tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Work with data tracking, attribution setup, and monitoring of key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention rate).
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, marketing, product, and tech teams.
  • Implement modern user acquisition approaches and explore new features of ad platforms.
  • Research and account for specifics of the Spanish and US markets.
Our Expectations
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing/user acquisition for marketplaces or healthtech.
  • In-depth expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen).
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Experience working with marketplaces (two-sided markets — B2C and B2B).
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools and large datasets.
  • Experience with the Spanish and/or US markets.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams (analytics, PMM, tech team).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (Spanish is a plus).
  • Experience running large-budget ad campaigns.
Big Pluses
  • Experience in HealthTech or service-based marketplaces.
  • Experience working with SQL, AppsFlyer/Adjust.
