- Lead Generation Process Support in coordination with Sales Ops Manager & Team Leaders
- Management & Administration of the CRM and all commercial tools
- Create and Analyze sales reports to deliver to different stakeholders (internal and external) maintaining data accuracy and easy accessibility.
- Sales Process Analysis in order to identify opportunities of improvement and efficiency
- Documentation of Sales Operations Guide, explaining CRM Best practices adn documentation of Active Flows and automation
- Give support to the whole Sales team through internal requests (ticket management) and identify common requests.
- Any other tasks assigned by Sales Operations Manager
- High level of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst/Sales Operations/Operations
- Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Data Visualization Tools
- Proficiency in Excel: ideally you can use Excel without a mouse :)
- Strong analytical skills and good communication with different stakeholders
- Creation and expertise creating Reports & Dashboards and show the information in an user friendly way
- Previous experience in SAAS Sales / CRM Management / SAP Management and Data Visualization tools are a plus
- Familiarity with Coding/ Low-code/AI/ Data analysis tools
