- Business Development Ownership: Lead the business development, sales, and tender processes from opportunity identification through to project handover, ensuring accurate and compliant proposals.
- Strategic Solutions: Define bid/win strategies and develop tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Manage project bid clarifications and negotiations, establishing and nurturing partnerships with key customers.
- Process Compliance: Ensure that all sales and tendering processes align with Siemens Energy standards, maintaining ethical practices throughout.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and coordination during the quoting process.
- Educational Background: A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 6 years or more of experience in FACTS solutions, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer business drivers.
- Customer Focus: Willingness to conduct regular customer visits and engage with clients effectively.
- Bilingual Communication: Proficient in both English and Spanish, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Disciplined in planning and structuring resources, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team Player: Ability to communicate across various levels and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working accurately and independently.
