- Draft, negotiate, review and advise on a variety of legal contracts, including clients, suppliers, bails, leases, MSA, NDA, strategic partnerships, intra-group agreements, among others.
- Review marketing, promotional, consumer-facing health activities and materials for compliance with applicable laws and different regulations, as well as company policies.
- Manage and propose changes to the Company's internal procedures, locally and at the Group level.
- Support the Marketing Department in creating legal frameworks, advertising, and collaborations with Third Parties in compliance with healthcare product regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external legal advisors and regulatory authorities.
- Handle all types of legal proceedings, both judicial and extrajudicial.
- Manage the minutes of the Board of Directors, as well as the different companies, regarding powers, certificates, reports, etc., as well as provide support to the different Company Committees.
- Provide advice to the different Sales points of the Company.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the Legal department.
- Collaborating in the creation and implementation of compliance policies at the local level.
- Adapting policies proposed by the Group to comply with local regulations.
- Providing support to the Medical and Implants Area Department in daily operations.
- Assisting in internal or external audits.
- Lead employees awareness and training activities on regulation, especially on privacy and compliance.
- Managing control tools effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Group or local Data Protection policies.
- Stay updated on legal requirements regarding data protection and proactively implement new requirements.
- Handle AEPD complaints, prepare DPIAs, LIAs, DPAs, RAT, ARCO requests, data retention policies, and manage privacy tools (e.g., Onetrust), among others.
- Provide support during internal and external data protection audits.
- A Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's in Data Protection, Compliance, or Business is a plus);
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal role (in-house experience preferred);
- Strong understanding of commercial, corporate, and data protection law
- Fluent written and spoken English (Italian is a plus);
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and influence cross-functional teams.
