- Business growth support:Assist Subsidiaries in achieving profitable sales growth in the assigned Business Lines. Help generate new leads and opportunities within assigned existing customer accounts via upsell and cross-sell.
- Increase interactions: Support the increase in the number and frequency of interactions with key customer and industry personnel.
- Demand creation support: Assist in targeted and measurable demand creation activities for a set of products within SITA Business Areas/Lines. Help raise prospect awareness and consideration through presentations webinars and other outreach events.
- Pipeline support: Assist in maintaining a pipeline of qualified active opportunities and manage them to close.
- Proposal support: Help Subsidiaries with active opportunities ensuring that the appropriate product or business solution is included in sales proposals.
- Competitive intelligence support: Provide sales reps with knowledge messaging ideas and suggested tactics to help win in competitive situations
- Objection response support: Capture and communicate common buyer objections and outline the ideal responses to frequently asked customer questions.
- Customer success stories support: Assist in developing and communicating customer case studies or other success stories
- Sales playbooks support: Help develop business solution product vertical and buying center playbooks that provide current relevant and customized content for sales reps.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer success role, preferably within the ATI or IT sector
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in executing account development plans
- Demonstrated track record of delivering positive customer service experiences
- Strong understanding of IT B2B business models and the aviation industry
- Solid sales capabilities, including strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Familiarity with key metrics and value drivers in the ATI sector
- Awareness of business realities within the assigned geography or sector
- In-depth knowledge of client business needs and the ability to craft compelling value propositions
- Good understanding of competitors’ business models, offerings, strengths, and weaknesses
- Proficient in account development planning and account management methodologies
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Working knowledge of contract structures and the legal environment
