• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles.
• Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms in Swedish.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of candidate information and recruitment processes.
• Work closely with experienced recruiters to gain insights on best practices and job requirements.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to improve our recruitment strategies.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is a must.
• No previous experience in recruitment is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates.
• Interest in the recruitment field and a desire to grow within the industry.
• Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete training and develop skills necessary for recruitment success.
• Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
