We are looking for an Applications Specialist Intern eager to expand their knowledge of our tools and solutions while learning from our experienced team members.The intern will assist with the following tasks:
  • Support the team with the coordination and performance of upgrades for our Infrasys POS customers, to ensure they are running on the latest version.
  • Assist the Implementation Coordinator and the Manager, F&B Services with the creation and change of tasks in Clarizen.
  • Ensure the accuracy of our Customer Database (Support Info Sheet).
  • Request the licenses needed for Service Requests and assist on the creation of the Enterprise Reporting requests.
  • Support the Infrasys implementation Team Leads on the creation of documentation for remote installations.
  • Maintenance of the Infrasys POS workbooks for different accounts.
Qualifications
  • Ability to sign the Internship Agreement for 6 months
  • Microsoft Word knowledge
  • Hospitality Business or information technology background
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
  • Willingness to learn the company's various IT solutions
  • Ownership with quality, “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  • Fluent in English, other languages are add-on
