- Design End-to-End Learning Journeys: Develop comprehensive learning pathways tailored to specific roles, career stages, or leadership tracks, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Orchestrate Blended Learning Experiences: Integrate a variety of learning modalities- including digital content, live workshops, coaching, and experiential learning-to create impactful and engaging learner experiences.
- Ensure Personalization and Progression: Design journeys that are adaptive to individual learner needs and career aspirations, enabling measurable progression and continuous

- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with LCD colleagues, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and co-create learning solutions that address diverse capability needs across the
- Align Learning Components: Work closely with learning product owners to ensure that all components of the journey (e.g., courses, tools, assessments) are cohesive, integrated, and aligned with the overall learning vision.
- Ensure Global and Local Relevance: Align learning interventions globally while adapting to local cultural, language, and functional requirements to ensure inclusivity and effectiveness.
- Champion a Learning Culture: Promote and embed a culture of continuous learning by equipping employees with the tools and mindset to prioritize development.
- Measure and Optimize: Define success metrics for learning journeys and continuously evaluate and refine them based on learner feedback, business impact, and performance
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Maintain awareness of external learning trends and innovations to ensure our solutions remain best-in-class and future-ready.
- 8 years of experience in Learning C Development, with a strong focus on learning design, instructional design, or program management.
- Proven experience designing blended and personalized learning experiences, ideally using a Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
- Experience in learning design, instructional design, or LCD program
- Strong background in developing learning programs for various career stages (Core/Professional, Manager, Leader) in a global organization.
- Proven experience in a commercial, sales-driven, or recruitment environment, ideally within a fast-paced, business-oriented company.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning
- Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to inclusive learning
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape impactful learning
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with broader business
- Experience in using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in learning
- Proactive, learner-centric approach to LCD with a passion for enabling growth and
