- Execute Care Provider Lifecycle Journey campaigns
- Manages end-to-end lifecycle provider channel production - includes coding, development, deployment, and analysis of campaigns, utilizing a major ESP (i.e., Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Develops complex and customized HTML email code, including responsively designed email templates and new that adheres to industry best practices
- Develops and codes complex email templates from scratch, modifies and updates existing templates in HTML/CSS, and troubleshoots existing email code as needed
- Perform QA on own work as well as conducting peer review of campaign set up and coding to ensure emails render accurately across ISPs and other platforms
- Participates in the QA process for all email campaigns, working with the lifecycle strategy team to ensure all details, links, spelling, products, and content are correct
- Displays problem-solving skills to address and solve technical problems that arise as it relates to campaigns
- Manages and organizes HTML content and related assets
- Write scripts for dynamic content, personalization, and/or segmentation
- Leverage existing segments and create new custom segments for channel deployment utilizing data within the email service provider/platforms.
- Partner with marketing & business analytics for additional custom segment creation that falls outside the scope of the ESP
- Works with localization and creative teams to coordinate on campaign assets
- Monitor lifecycle channel reporting and provide updates on campaign performance
- Keep up to date on the industry with new features, technology and ai
- Work with Manager to create and manage OKRs each quarter
- 3+ years of Lifecycle and/or CRM experience
- Experience in email/push/web campaign management
- Track record of executing campaigns accurately and on-time
- Experience using a large ESP (Iterable or Braze preferred).
- Customer focused and ability to help create customer journey maps.
- Ability to work with manager to organize and prioritize concurrent projects, find innovative ways to resolve problems, and move projects forward.
- Strategic competence and partnership skills are a must.
- Experience tracking, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- Effective communication skills across the organization.
- Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Keeping up to date on current lifecycle marketing trends and standard processes.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
