
Senior Technical Product Manager - LiveOps Automation Team

- Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable LiveOps systems used across multiple games and teams
- Partner cross-functionally with game teams, central tech, data science, and operations to define high-leverage product opportunities
- Define and monitor product KPIs across games to continuously improve platform adoption, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Make the best product and design decisions through data, user behavior, academic research, and industry best practices
- Own major feature release from conceptualization to feature launch and long-term feature maintenance, collaborating with all related subject matter experts
- Create compelling proposals for new features and capabilities for game and tech teams to utilize
- Address risks and leverage opportunities in newly released features and existing features
- Extensive experience in product/design, with a focus on transformative experiences and making data-informed decisions
- Experience delivering products from 0 to 1 that drive impact
- Experience working on large-scale products in highly KPI driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to define long-term product strategy and deliver tangible business outcomes
- Effective collaborators & multipliers to leverage and engage the team to bring the best work and product outcomes
- Strong leadership and influence skills; capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a common vision
- Experience working with Machine Learning products
- Excellent ability to create clear and thought-through PRDs. Proficient in problem identification and root cause analysis
- Default to challenge the status quo and push the boundary of best-known methods
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful
- Profound knowledge of development cycles and roadmaping
