
Commercial Services Manager

- Execution of operational commercial tasks required to run the service (ensure resource allocation and time recording, ordering, invoicing, cost optimization, service costing and volumes, internal order sign off).
- Enabling business to provide projects and services within the financial framework and targets, optimizing delivery model (e.g.: sourcing mix and shoring).
- Key contact to all commercial topics within the function.
- Monthly tracking of project and services on transactional level, considering information from all available tools and business insights.
- Ensure operational input for closing reporting activities including P&L commenting, forecasting, provisions / accruals, planning or pricing activities .
- Support the function in the setup of new services and projects, including documentation (commercial service concept and business case), following corporate guidelines.
