It's an all-in-one platform that enables full operational control, commercialization, and tenant support. We focus on professional property managers, coliving operators, and real estate firms managing housing for students and mobile professionals.Role OverviewAs an Account Manager (AM) for Arrento , you'll lead the commercial process with property managers and real estate operators-from the first qualified meeting through to closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management. You'll be responsible for growing and retaining your customer portfolio, playing a key role in Arrento's national and international expansion.Key Responsibilities
- Take over qualified leads (SQLs) generated by the SDR team.
- Deliver tailored product demos to different customer profiles (coliving, property managers, etc.).
- Negotiate deals and close contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding with the implementation team.
- Manage ongoing client relationships and solve operational issues.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g. additional properties or new features).
- Attend PropTech events and trade missions in target markets.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B software or tech sales.
- Familiarity with real estate, PMS, channel managers, or short-term rentals.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Polish, French) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of autonomy.
