Observe, coach and manage Anaplan partner resources through the partner lifecycle, both in the field and via workshops
Internally, work with the Anaplan Village to:
- Develop strategic partner enablement plans alongside designated Alliances, Customer Success, Sales and Channel resources
- Work cross functionally with product, application CoE, engineering and content owners to evaluate, curate and design state of the art and scalable enablement and assets for partners.
- Drive the partner agenda internally based on partner needs and business objective of the region/function supporting
- Drive thought leadership within the team on various technical topics related to the Anaplan Apps and platform, by creating content for blogs, technical writeups, How-To guides, partner newsletter, demos and other technical assets.
- Liaise with Partner Operations to review and develop partner metrics which assist in decision making
- Shape partner GTM by engaging with priority partners, enabling them on Anaplan value proposition, curating joint assets and solutions and driving a joint GTM along with Alliances.
- Enable partners to identify opportunities, position the Anaplan solution and get them ready to implement
- Review partner customers portfolio and implementation health and design any required action plans
- Make recommendations and assist with additional training and onsite support if required
- Participate in regular Partner planning meetings, topics to include: Resource Planning, Review of current engagements, etc.
- Provide product, field, and local expertise when working with Content Developers/Instructional Designers, to produce high quality, relevant and localized materials. Subjects to include: Decision Excellence, Solution Architecture, The Anaplan Way, Pre-Sales Process, New product releases
- Establish, plan and host Partner Days, partner workshops, enablement events, within your region to ensure Partners build up the relevant contacts within Customer Success, Product, Sales and Support.
- Demonstrable experience of IT experience and EPM consulting experience
- Functional knowledge of Supply Chain or Finance planning with experience in leading EPM application implementations / presales
- Technical knowledge of SaaS applications, cloud platforms, data management is a must either as pre-sales or implementation architect.
- Fluency in any one of the following languages, in addition to English, is a plus - Spanish, Italian Portuguese, Dutch
- Familiarity with a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
- Demonstrated experience as a coach and mentor in a software implementation environment
- Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
- This is a EPM technical role and hand-on expertise in creating and running technical workshops is a must
