- Map and optimize campaign workflows for efficiency and scale.
- Create playbooks, templates, and documentation to standardize execution.
- Capture learnings, embed continuous improvement, and manage change adoption across teams.
- Lead scoring, grading, and nurture programs to drive pipeline.
- Support ABM initiatives with business units and regional teams.
- Bridge business and technical needs, ensuring alignment.
- Own the MA community—be the go-to expert for stakeholders on capability questions and best practice.
- Own the global marketing automation roadmap, prioritizing high-impact projects.
- Apply agile project management to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
- Align stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Monitor team capacity and resourcing needs.
- Manage agencies and performance.
- Serve as product owner for Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) and connected tools (SFDC, CRM, ABM).
- Drive enhancements, integrations, and user enablement.
- Train and support the community to achieve 50%+ basic adoption in 6 months.
- Define KPIs for adoption, performance, and pipeline contribution.
- Deliver insights and recommendations that shape strategy.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to track progress, ensure delivery, and drive optimization.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, email marketing, and demand generation within a B2B technology environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (managing people or leading cross-functional initiatives).
- Proven expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) and Salesforce CRM.
- Track record of implementing lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong background in campaign workflow design, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience managing roadmaps, process optimization, and multi-stakeholder alignment.
- Background in the travel technology or aviation sector.
- Experience with ABM platforms and integrations.
- Advanced certifications in Salesforce MCAE or Salesforce CRM.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to translate insights into campaign optimization.
- Ability to create documentation, playbooks, and reusable assets to standardize and scale global operations.
