Service Technician (m/f/d)

• Test, validate, install, commission, and supervise SINENG solar inverter stations according to specifications
• Resolve technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and lead root cause analysis
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as the main contact between customers and SINENG
• Lead operational processes for health & safety, quality, schedule, and cost in service business
• Coordinate with contractor site management to ensure compliance with SINENG procedures and track stock/ service costs
• Oversee replacement of parts and manage service tasks with partners

• Técnico Superior (State-certified technician), Técnico Superior en Electricidad (State-certified technician in electricity) or Técnico Superior en energías renovables (State-certified technician for renewable energies) qualification according to Royal Decree 614/2001 is highly valued; a university degree is not required
• 2+ years of experience in power electronics, specifically in service, manufacturing, or testing of medium voltage systems
• Product knowledge of solar inverters, transformers, and modules, with business process experience
• Experience working on-site in various weather and environmental conditions
• Successful completion of applicable solar work safety and technical training program
• Adheres to proper Lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) practices and procedures
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to travel extensively (at least 70% of the time)
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
