- Create and implement technology strategies
- Make infrastructure decisions ensuring technical excellence versatility and scalability
- Working cross-functionally with all technology and business teams to understand their needs and provide the best solution from a technological point of view
- Carry out daily planning for the achievement of objectives
- Work on the strategy of new projects and evolve existing technology
- Recruit onboard and train new Tech resources
- Ensure the best coding practices are applied by all team membersYou are in the right place if you have the following- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer / Team Lead or similar role
- Proficiency in PHP 7 8 Symfony 4+ Wordpress MySQL Golang MongoDB React Native JavaScript Laravel and Linux servers
- Experience with cloud services such as Digital Ocean or similar and containerization tools like Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of version control systems particularly Github
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like CircleCI
- Knowledge of asset management using S3 Buckets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proactive attitude and team player
- Fluent English
- Based in or near European timezone (not in America or Asia)
- Optional Spanish or French speakingPHP, Symfony
