- Lead the architectural design and technical roadmap of ServiceNow platform solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, BCM and custom applications in alignment with the ESM platform owner
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support solutions engineer on the architecture and solution design.
- Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, governance processes, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow solutions engineers, developers and administrators.
- Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features and modules; lead upgrades and migrations.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, process diagrams, and integration architecture.
- Hands on development activities such as integrations, customizations, and custom applications.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Support business case development and cost analysis related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with other enterprise architects and IT leaders to ensure platform alignment with overall enterprise architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a ServiceNow architect or lead developer role.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, BCM, IRM, CMDB, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Technical Architect.
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience in cloud-based IT service management tools and automation.
- Smart in identifying the relationships between business, information, applications, and infrastructure services.
