- Manage the daily faculty payment process.
- Record accounting transactions (invoices, payments, transfers, etc.).
- Handle tax-related procedures: tax residency, withholdings, compliance.
- Verify documentation required for payment processing.
- Register and update professor personal and banking data.
- Reconcile academic planning and teaching schedules.
- Provide support to professors via email, phone, and in person.
- Coordinate with Academic Planning, Talent, IT, Admissions, and Vice Dean of Faculty.
- Process national and international remittances and wire transfers.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.
- Ensure all processes comply with legal and internal regulations.
- Support budget planning and reconciliation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, ideally in academic or international environments.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation applicable to professional services.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems valued.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- International mindset and experience in multicultural environments.
