We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.Responsibilities:Your role as a Faculty Payment Administrative will involve:
  • Manage the daily faculty payment process.
  • Record accounting transactions (invoices, payments, transfers, etc.).
  • Handle tax-related procedures: tax residency, withholdings, compliance.
  • Verify documentation required for payment processing.
  • Register and update professor personal and banking data.
  • Reconcile academic planning and teaching schedules.
  • Provide support to professors via email, phone, and in person.
  • Coordinate with Academic Planning, Talent, IT, Admissions, and Vice Dean of Faculty.
  • Process national and international remittances and wire transfers.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.
  • Ensure all processes comply with legal and internal regulations.
  • Support budget planning and reconciliation.
Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, ideally in academic or international environments.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation applicable to professional services.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems valued.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International mindset and experience in multicultural environments.
