Job Description:About your roleAs part of the oncology business unit and reporting to the Sales Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic plan within the assigned territory.
This involves building long-term, trustworthy, transparent, and ethical relationships with healthcare professionals who directly interact with patients.
The candidate must understand the needs of the healthcare ecosystem and collaborate with stakeholders to co-create valuable solutions, ensuring both short- and medium-term objectives are achieved within assigned territory.Your key responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and business objectives for the promoted brand within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships based on mutual trust, transparency, and ethics with key customers and opinion leaders in assigned territory.
  • Define and lead account and tactical plans aligned with national/regional business strategies in close cross-functional collaboration with the national/regional team (marketing, medical dpt./MSL, market access/RAM), ensuring excellence in execution.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the territory, understand decision-making processes and networks within accounts to identify opportunities for collaboration, business growth, and value-added projects for all, customers, accounts and Company.
  • Create, update, and optimize the action plan based on strong market knowledge, customer insights and account data and activity analysis.
  • Position Orion's products as the first-line choice through detailed planning and the development of educational and scientific dissemination activities supporting the brand.
  • Continuously update knowledge on pathologies related to the promoted brand, product, clinical data, real-world evidence, competitor landscape, and effective use of key brand messages.
  • Manage the allocated budget effectively to develop projects, drive business, and achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Deliver a personalized and holistic customer experience through digital and in-person communication channels (e-detailing, approved email, remote e-detailing), tailored to customer/accounts preferences and needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and the ethical code of conduct.

  • University degree preferably in Health Sciences, Business, Economics, Management, Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in hospital and account management, with a proven track record.
  • Valuable at least 2 years' experience in oncology sales with therapeutic products, preferably in Urology, Radio Oncology and/or Medical Oncology areas, with demonstrated achievements.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and Veeva reporting system.
  • Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Postgraduate studies in management, MBA, or Pharmaceutical Marketing is a plus.
