We keep reinventing ourselves, together we challenge convention, pushing each other to surprise the world.At HP Barcelona we host 12 businesses and are the worldwide HQ of the 3D Printing and the Large Format​ Printing businesses as well as the largest HP R&D Lab outside of the US and a fantastic Demo center.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the GTM plans and objectives.Financial Planning and Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and projections based on market trends, historical data, and business goals.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing insights to support decision-making.Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the company's performance against targets and objectives.Scenario Planning: Develop and analyze various scenarios to assess potential impacts on the business, allowing for proactive decision-making and risk management.Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on analysis and insights, supporting informed decision-making.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners as needed.What are we looking for?Recent Bachelor / master’s in business and related fields.Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.Solid knowledge in MS Office, advanced skills in Excel. Knowledge in Power BI would be a plus.Native Spanish fluency and fluent in English.Solid analytical skills: analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation.
