Over the past 22 years, we've built a strong presence in the IT and consulting landscape, and we're on track to reach €1 billion in revenue this year.Our Core Areas of ExpertiseData & Technologies: We design and implement large-scale, end-to-end architecture and data solutions, including data integration, data science, visualization, Big Data, AI, and Generative AI.Cloud & Application Services: We integrate leading platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, and IBM Maximo, helping clients transition to the cloud and improve operational efficiency.Management & Innovation Consulting: We lead business and digital transformation initiatives through project and change management best practices (PM, PMO, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership), and support domains such as Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, and ESG/Low-Carbon strategies.We work with major global clients across diverse sectors, including Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Media & Telecommunications.Job DescriptionAs a Scrum Master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, leveraging metrics to measure execution, identify inefficiencies in the team's way of working, report product progress to senior management, and ensure the punctuality and quality of deliverables.We need someone like you to help us in several areas:Maintain a Jira backlog in line with the Product Owner's specifications, properly updated and aligned with the team.Identify and manage dependency tracking (both internal and third-party) based on business requirements.Identify and manage the unblocking of issues.Generate metrics.Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.Maintain product governance, ensuring the Product Owner, functional lead, and hierarchical lead in COO are informed about status, risks, and dependencies.Coordinate the global collection of requirements and product implementation.Collaborate with the product team in the pursuit of continuous improvement.QualificationsExperience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in transactional banking.Skills & Knowledge:English (C1) and Spanish (C1)Agile methodologiesTransactional bankingSWIFT messaging, ISO20022Basic programming knowledgeAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?
