- Leading and developing a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist
- End-to-end ownership of the associate and leader training programs at site: from needs analysis stage, to management and execution of training
- Creating effective partnerships with other Learning Teams within the EU to identify and share best practice
- Planning, developing and evaluating all training initiatives, in collaboration with the senior team and Amazon's central leadership function
- Owning, developing and communicating projects
- Dive deep on performance results, looking for trends and root causes to proactively identifying and deploying training/coaching solutions to address safety, quality and productivity requirements within the FC
- Providing coaching and feedback on leadership related topics both in 121s and facilitated workshops to identify leadership, coaching and management skill development opportunities

As a Learning Manager, your role centres on a range of key responsibilities crucial for our organisation's growth and success. You'll be responsible for team management, business analysis, data interpretation, daily team meetings, project oversight for strategy implementation, and risk mitigation.Your day-to-day routine will be dynamic, with active participation in various meetings, including our “Daily Dive Deep” sessions, stakeholder calls (such as Assumptions, Labour Planning, Quality, and Safety discussions), and one-on-one meetings with essential stakeholders. You will also play a pivotal role in PIT governance, overseeing aspects like capacity management, trainer certification, content enhancement, and project management.Besides these critical tasks, you'll be responsible for team organisation, training coordination, and administrative duties. This includes reviewing resumes, interviewing, and providing valuable feedback during trainer interactions. You'll actively contribute to project initiatives, manage non-routine tasks, and prioritise your personal development through ongoing training opportunities.”BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience of managing a team with a focus on career development and succession planning
- Experience analysing and interpreting a range of performance metrics combined with advanced Excel skills.
- Business level of Spanish and English (minimum B1 written and conversational)
- Ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyse issues and drive solutions ( Six Sigma and others)
- Experience of working in an operational environment (warehouse)
- Experience in change management and process improvement activities (Lean methodologies), designing scalable solutions and implementing these at pace and at scale.
- Experience in project management, driving projects and implementations.
