We power campaigns for Apps, Games and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results.The Opportunity:We are seeking a talented and passionate Mobile Game Developer with 2-3 years of proven experience in Unity to join our development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our game concepts from idea to execution, contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle for our exciting new mobile titles. Candidates without a legal permit to work in Spain won't be considered.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement core gameplay mechanics, features, and systems for mobile games using Unity
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C# code
Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other developers to translate game design documents and art assets into functional game features
Optimize game performance, memory usage, and stability across various mobile devices (iOS and Android) to ensure smooth operation for a large player base
Debug and troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and devise effective solutions, particularly those impacting live games at scale
Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., for ads, analytics, in-app purchases, backend services) crucial for scaling and monetization
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and adhering to coding standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity features, mobile game development trends, and industry best practices
Contribute to the overall technical vision and strategy of our mobile game projects

Required Skills and Experience:

2-3 years of professional experience in game development using Unity
Must have experience shipping mobile games at scale, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges and requirements of live operations, performance, and stability for a large user base
Strong proficiency in C# programming language
Solid understanding of Unity's various systems, including physics, rendering, UI, animation, and scripting
Proven experience developing and optimizing games for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
Familiarity with common mobile game development challenges and solutions (e.g., touch input, screen resolutions, battery life)
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant mobile game projects, with an emphasis on those that have been shipped and maintained at scale
