Inside Windows & Pop ups department this person will be responsible to manage a complete windows and pop ups design process, from the first ideas to the installation, aligned to the brand requirements. The key deliverable of this role will be to design and develop the production of the Windows and pop ins concept and also the Pop ups. Your role will be:
  • Responsible to participate on the windows concept design, from the first brainstromings, its later development to the final implementation at stores worldwide. We need a creative problem-solver with a knack for technical solutions and a passion for our brand.
  • Ensure to define a complete brief of the window concept which clearly communicates the concept to the markets teams to implement it with local suppliers.
  • To support markets teams with their windows, pop ins and pop ups layouts to guarantee that the concept is accurately implemented.
  • Responsible to plan windows mock-ups aligned with the global calendar, VM team and collections availability.
  • Responsible to make research of the most adequate materials for each window concept, trying to bring newness and creativity.
  • To prepare and develop materials sample sets with headquarter suppliers to share those with different markets vendors. Supervise and validate those sets from the markets to guarantee the perfect match between them to guarantee quality consistency at our windows worldwide and pop ups.
  • To communicate and discuss the new concepts with suppliers and the malls for the markets we have direct control, EMEA, USA and Canada. To also ensure that the development and local production at Asia comply HQ requirements and to manage windows, pop ins and pop ups installation on those markets.
  • Responsible to ensure that all the above-mentioned tasks are done within the budget allocated to each project.

What is important for the role: Minimum 4 years of experience as an architect, interior designer, or in ephemeral architecture/scenography. Experience in window design and production development is a plus. Strong creative and conceptual abilities, with a focus on spatial problem-solving, materials, and design communication through sketches, CAD, and renderings. Solid understanding of materials and production processes, from artisanal to industrial. Highly responsible, autonomous, resilient, and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Rhino. Fluent in English (minimum C1); French is a plus.
