• Partner with business leaders to plan and execute organisational changes, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour laws.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Lead projects related to change management, policy implementation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of the strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on HR best practices and labour regulations.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Proven experience in managing reorganisations and complex employee relations in Spain.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
