- Lead daily activities. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members. You willensure work is prioritized to meet overall goals and is delivered on time with attention to quality standards. You will act as a backup for the team Director. In that capacity, you will oversee the use of standard process workflows, manage escalated client issues, and provide direction on client resolutions.
- Train and Mentor. You will train and mentor team members, identify development needs, assist team members in creating their individual development plans, and coordinate additional training as needed with Director approval.
- Evaluate Staff. You will evaluate associate performance and complete appraisals, including administering corrective action and performance improvement plans. You will have Hire/Fire authority with Human Resources and may have scheduling and succession planning responsibilities.
- Partner Internally. Your understanding of the Business Unit's strategic goals allows you to function as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP and collaborate with peers to establish best practices. You’ll be in touch with different stakeholders and Presales/sales teams.
- As needed, you will participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units.
- Communication skills: Ability to engage with leadership, prepare presentations for the business, and discuss KPIs with accountability.
- You have worked in client service and client onboarding for at least 5 years.
- You have led and inspired people for at least 3 years. People Management experience is required
- You are flexible to work in diverse Time Zones and in an international environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Able to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Process Improvement, framework analysis, and development of action plans
- Experience working closely with Pre Sales teams / Sales.
