- Assist in launching paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
- Follow structured naming conventions, budget allocation, and A/B test setups.
- Monitor daily performance and flag opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze campaign data to identify quick wins, audience trends, and creative performance insights.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
- Support scaling strategies under direction of the Paid Media team leads.
- Build weekly performance reports with key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC, etc.).
- Summarize learnings from campaign testing and present in team syncs.
- Help maintain dashboards or spreadsheets for campaign tracking.
- Work closely with creative, content, and growth teams to align media execution with overall strategy.
- Support briefing designers and copywriters on ad creative needs.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience (or strong internships/freelance) with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Comfortable navigating Ads Managers and setting up campaign structures.
- Familiar with metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, and CAC.
- Basic understanding of audience targeting, funnel structure, and creative testing.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Must be based in Europe or work comfortably on EST time zone.
- Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or Google Analytics.
- Exposure to UGC, influencer content, or paid creative strategy.
- Knowledge of TikTok trends and ad formatting.
