- Managing Infrastructure Programs: Overseeing end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring transparent communication across all levels.
- Team Leadership: Leading cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and fostering collaboration to achieve program milestones.
- Budget Oversight: Managing program budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identifying potential risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Industrialization Focus: Driving the standardization and scalability of infrastructure solutions, particularly in industrial environments, to support operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
- Project Governance: Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strategic Alignment: Participating in strategic planning discussions to ensure infrastructure programs support broader business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Promoting best practices in project and program management, and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Transition to Operations: Coordinating with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and long-term support readiness.
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse interests.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies (networking, compute, storage, cloud).
- High degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
