- Set up and implement a communication plan for Portugal.
- Produce content about the client's projects and activities mainly in Portugal.
- Arrange interviews between client officials and local media.
- Support the Head of Office in Portugal.
- Organize events, press conferences and roadshows for client officials in Portugal.
- Write press releases, factsheets and prepare material for infographics, brochures and presentations for the client's events in Portugal.
- Accompany Vice-Presidents and other client officials to events and media meetings in Portugal, if asked to do so by the Communication Department.
- Brief regularly media and other influencers on the client's work.
- Support the client's social media activities in Portugal.
- Help with crisis communication on projects in Portugal.
- Identify speaking opportunities for the client's experts at third-party events in Portugal.
- Coordinate communication efforts with the EU delegation in Portugal.
- Help to monitor media coverage in Portugal.
- Provide ideas on additional communication activities.
- Establish contacts and give individual briefings to journalists in Portugal.
- Produce print or audio-visual content on the client's projects in Portugal.
- Arrange interviews or op-ed pieces with client officials in important media within Portugal.
